TASTING NOTE

Olfactory

Saline aroma reminiscent of sea breeze, memories of aniseed and ripe quince. A note of melon and a hint of orange blossom appear. As it opens we find white peach and menthol that increase the complexity.

Taste

The salinity sensed by the nose is accompanied by the acidity of the wine. Its ripe expression: aniseed, peach, orange peel recall the aromatic expression. Exquisite taste, lively acidity and light bitterness.
