Olfactory

This sunny wine shows an impeccable maturity, where the fruit aspects stand out: with ripe pineapple, lemon peel and white peach. A reminder of the breeze and the aniseed-flavoured notes provide a fresh contrast.

Taste

The wine is full-bodied but with a pungent acidity that makes it very easy on the tongue, after which the fruit notes reappear, combined with saltiness and aniseed. Retronasal with balsamic and marine memories.
