TASTING NOTE

Olfactory

Very expressive, with notes of pineapple, ripe pear, white pepper and hints of aniseed. Fine notes of cinnamon and vanilla, which provide subtle touches of ageing. When opened, hints of passion fruit and white rose appear.

Taste

Smooth and creamy, with spices that give it a complex but gentle sensation. Tasty notes of pear and pineapple, enhanced by the wine's salinity and good acidity. Retronasal with notes of aniseed, white pepper and cinnamon.
