TASTING NOTE

Olfactory

Black cherries, fine wood memories, vanilla and harpsichord. It is a wine with a dark and imposing presence, which fills with balsamic nuances of pine and eucalyptus. The fruit gains layers with notes of red plum and blueberry.

Taste

While feels creamy and silky on the tongue, it still has nerve. A perfect blend of cherries, blackberries, blueberries and plums. The acidity keeps the wine deep while giving a surprisingly fresh sensation for such a ripe wine.
